Rates Per Night (2 Night Minimum Stay) - Maximum 6 Guests
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays.
Long weekends minimum 3 nights stay.		 $180 per night for 2 guests
Add $35 per extra guest per night
Weekdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. $150 per night per 2 guests
Add $25 per extra guest per night
Ask about our special rates for longer stays (over 3 nights)

* To secure a booking, a 50% deposit of the total value of your stay is required.

* Your deposit is refundable minus a $35 booking fee, provided you notify us at least 14 days before your arrival date. If less than 14
days notice of your wish to cancel is given, the deposit becomes non-refundable - with one exception i.e. should we be able to rebook
Billy's Barn for the nights you are unable to come, we will refund your deposit, minus the $35 booking fee.

* A 10% surcharge will be added to total cost during School Holidays.

* There is no additional cost for dogs. There is a $10 per night grazing fee for each horse.

* We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, direct deposit or cheque.

Check in/out times are flexible.

Your privacy is assured, as the property is secluded and peaceful - with no other people within cooee! The property and its quiet surroundings is fully accessible to you, your friends and pets..... bring your horse as well if you wish. Ideal as a spiritual retreat for one, a quiet getaway for couples, or a small group of friends (total of 4 people).
