“Eyrie” is a 100 acre working farm running beef cattle and agisting horses. The fully self-contained accommodation called “Billy’s Barn” is named after our much loved chestnut quarter horse called Freckles Billy.
From the bullnosed verandah, the outlook is across to Little Hartley and Mount York. The property is secluded and peaceful, with no other people within cooee!
The Barn is fully fenced and we are happy for guests to bring pets, including their horses. The property is fully accessible to walkers and riders, as are the quiet roads surrounding "Eyrie".
Besides bringing pets, horses and friends, you only need to bring food! We will provide the first morning’s breakfast, consisting of freshly baked bread, butter, milk, our own free range eggs, plus home made jam. There is a good selection of complimentary coffee and tea available at the Barn as well.
Billy's Barn is beautifully appointed and radiates a warm ambience and old world charm that will stay with you long after you leave.

Barn is 2 storey, with spacious open plan living area and equally large loft.

Stylish and well equipped. For cooking there is a 4 burner in-bench
cooktop (no oven) and a microwave.
